We know you may have the same hours as we do, so sometimes it may be tough to contact us to service your policy. That’s why we have added some links above where you can request to make a change to your policy, file a claim, request a certificate or even cancel your policy. We may need additional information in order to complete the service needed, but we’ll email you if that is the case. Just complete the forms to the best of your ability.
The change, claim or cancellation is not considered completed or bound until you receive confirmation from the company or from our agency that the work has been completed. After you submit one of the above forms, you will receive an auto response that will notify you that the request has been received. If you do not receive this response, please try again or call your nearest Schneider & Associates Office.
