Q: Why do the rates exclude sinkhole coverage?
A: Some companies do not provide sinkhole coverage, only catastrophic ground collapse coverage which is coverage for major sinkhole damage in which the home is unliveable. Although some of our carriers will provide sinkhole at an additional cost, we only provided the rates without sinkhole in order to get an "Apples to Apples" comparison.
